That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. How will my order be delivered?

We send our New Zealand orders using CourierPost Overnight Delivery service

Orders made before 2 pm on Monday - Thursday are sent the same day. Delivery times are targeted to be the next working day for most of New Zealand. South Island and Rural addresses may take longer.

For orders placed on Friday dispatch, we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery in your area.

For orders placed for Saturday and Sunday, orders are dispatched on Monday and you should get them by the next day.

Do you accept International Shipping?

Yes, We send worldwide using NZPost International and DHL Express Delivery Service

New Zealand

Shipping Fee $6 New Zealand additional Fee $5 for Rural Area
Spend $150 or more and receive Free Overnight Delivery service

Only available to parcels being shipped in New Zealand

Australia

Australia orders will incur shipping fee's which will be calculated upon checkout.

Australia Fee starting NZD$30 for one kg.
Spend NZD $400 and receive free international shipping.

 

                                             

                              CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND OTHER FEES

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Boss Lash. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customer's responsibility to check the potential charges and organize payment for any Customs, Taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

At BOSS LASH, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll be glad to assist you. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience and want to ensure that you feel

confident in your purchase.

We stand with our Quality  Products in Boss Lash store are stored in sanitary and appropriate conditions to ensure they work optimally, therefore cannot be resold once returned as we cannot guarantee they are kept in the same conditions.  

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. 

By placing an order you accept these conditions.

​We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bosslashnz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If an item was paid for in part or in full using a gift card, the refund will be issued back onto the gift card.

When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
